Cementing operation is an important part of oil gas drilling engineering, althoughcementing operation cycle is short, but there are still overflow and blowout risk.To monitorthe overflow well, realize the "early detection and early closing of the well" is the key to dowell in the two well control and prevent the blowout accident.Through field investigation, there are some problems such as the lack of monitoringmethod, difficulty in data acquisition and so on in the monitoring of overflow in cementingoperation.Through the analysis of cementing for the process of bottom hole pressure change,because there is a variety of fluid in the well, which may lead to the generation of vacuum,resulting in cementing process of overflow judgment of interference.In this paper, the two schemes of the cement overflow level monitoring and cementingoverflow flow monitoring are put forward without changing the equipment and technology ofdrilling equipment;For the monitoring of the flow of tail pipe cementing, in order to use theelectromagnetic flowmeter, the tube flow of the slurry outlet duct is considered for the fullpipe flow;for liquid level monitoring method, considering increasing the storage tank, andthen using ultrasonic liquid level meter to monitor the displacement of mixed liquor.In thisthesis, the SCW wireless transmission system is adopted to receive the data of the monitoringequipment, and improve the real-time and accuracy of data acquisition.This topic establishequilibrium model of bottom hole pressure calculation analysis of underground is vacuum,and vacuum the occurrence time, vacuum volume and return the theoretical displacement ofpulp, and monitoring through numerical comparison to judge whether overflowoccurs.Through field trial cementing overflow liquid level monitoring program, the resultsshow that the improved cementing overflow monitoring system can have practical operability,can effectively solve the problem of cementing overflow monitoring.
