Taking Yuandian NO.1Coal Mine as engineering background, this article studied on the deformation mechanism and supporting technology of deep high stressed soft rock roadway in depth. Synthesis analysis methods such as laboratory tests, mechanics analysis, FLAC numerical simulation and field test were used, after field research, observations, laboratory sampling and measurement of rock mechanics parameters, a numerical model of deep high stressed soft rock roadway of Yuandian NO.1Coal Mine was constructed. By simulating different lateral pressure coefficient and different support conditions (no support, bolting, anchoring frame support, anchor rope grouting support) with FLAC3D software, the impact of excavation on the stability of surrounding rock of high stress soft rock roadway can be learned. And then, the deformation mechanism of deep high stressed soft rock roadway was obtained.In this paper, available coupling support theories for deep high stressed soft rock roadway deformation control such as bolt and net shotcreting, anchor rope, bolt and grouting was also discussed. And combining with the theories and deformation characteristics, supporting parameters of main roadway surrounding rock of103mining area were pertinently designed. On the basis of numerical simulation analysis and comparison of different support designs, and the optimal solution is applied to rail roadway, haul roadway, ventilating roadway of103mining area for industrial test. After a long-term observation of underground pressure, the supporting design got good results.
