With the rapid development of the economics and society and with more construction of the infrastructure, the demand for the mineral resources is increasing rapidly, what is more, the coal resources are mining excessively, which enables the resources of a large number of shallow coal mining areas in China to be exhausted, So the depth of the coal mining are becoming bigger and bigger and the phenomena that stratified repeat mining in vertical direction are becoming more and more common. The characteristics of the surface movement and deformation in thick loose layer is significantly different from the non loose layer of mining area. These characteristics mainly present that the surface movement and deformation is more intense and the rang of the subsidence basin is more extensive. For more accurate predict to the surface subsidence on condition that thick loose layer and repeated exploring, and for finishing safe exploring to "mining under buildings, mining under water body and mining under railway", it is essential to analyze the natural law of the surface subsidence under the condition of thick loose layer and repeated mining. This thesis, which is based on the actual observation statistics of one station of some coal, obtains the angle parameters and predicting parameters of the surface movement and deformation. A comparative analysis of the corresponding parameters of the first mining working surface is made. Based on the probability integral method, the surface movement deformation of the working surface is predicted. This paper analyses the law under the condition of the thick loose layer and repeated mining in detail. The research results of this thesis will give birth to certain theoretic value and guiding significance to analogical surface subsidence predicting and control under thick loose layer, the reserve for coal pillar and coal mining under railway, water and buildings.
