With the rapid development of the since and technology, human’s process technologyis more and more advanced, that make the processing of complex curves possible.Non-circular gear is a kind of complex curves and its volume-produce become apossible thing with development of numerical control technique. It power the study ofNon-circular gear. High-order deformed elliptic gear is a new type of Non-circular gears.The paper find a method which can show the curves by NURBS and study the NURBSinterpolation algorithm of high-order deformed elliptic gears’ pitch curve throughanalyzing geometric property of high-order deformed elliptic gears’ pitch curve andNURBS principles. The paper also find a new control-speed curve on the basis ofexisting control-speed curve. It can guarantee the gliding property of speed bycontrolling the jerk. In the end, the paper choice a high-order deformed elliptic gears’pitch curve to check feasibility of NURBS interpolation algorithm by using Matlabsoftware.
