| GH2150alloy is a solid solution and aging strengthening Ni-Fe-Cr-base superalloy. It is mainly used for an engine compressor blade and a high voltage rectifier leaves. The alloy has high strength, excellent plasticity, good hot and cold deformation, welding and cutting performance, and stability in the long-term use under700℃.The relationships between chemical elements composition, microstructure and properties of the alloy were investigated for industry technology. The optimal elements composition and heat processing parameters were determined by comparing the microstructure and properties for the alloys with different chemical elements additions under various processing conditions.Through the test work,We can draws the following conclusions:lithe chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of GH2150alloy can meet aero-engine blade parts manufacturing standard;2:Both the solid solution temperature and aging temperature can affect the mechanical properties of GH2150alloy, and the influence of the former is larger than that of the later. |
