Ozone is a pollution-free oxidant, it has a good open vast vista in water treatment, ozone de--composit without catalyst has difficulty in decomposing organic matter completely. For increasing the availability of ozone in oxidizing water-soluble organisms effectively, researchers have explored many technics to combine with ozone. Currently transition metal oxide catalytic ozonation organic captures researchers attention. This paper studies the results of the ozone decomposition of phenol, catalyzed by active aluminum supported transition oxyde catalysts. Analyzed the results by modern experimental characterization technics, investigate the properties of transition metal oxides ozone decomposition of phenol.Combined with MTO waste water, confirming the catalytic aluminum loaded with metal ions catalyze ozone is feasible. Using special formulation to manufacture slef-made alumina nanoparticles carrier with phenol solution simulated industrial wastewater, under the same systemic experimental chemical environment picking Ni,Mn, Cu several transition metal oxide as active ingredients, prepared with immersion method to make y-Al2O3supported metal oxide catalysts. Studied the catalytic effects of γ-Al2O3supported metal catalysts for ozone to decompose phenol under different conditions and the reaction mechanism of ozone degrading phenol system. Explored the affections of different reaction conditions, such as γ-Al2O3loaded with different active ingredients, the different initial pH value etc. on the removal of phenol. Experimental results show that:y-Al2O3catalyst loaded with NiO combined ozone under certain pH value conditions gets the best result in the phenol degradation system.(1) Combined with MTO waste water, confirming the catalytic aluminum loaded with metal ions catalyze ozone is feasible, especially for the first time using the fly ash sintered catalyst has a positive meaning.(2). PH value has a significant impact on the ozone oxidation of phenol. Under the normal temperature, pH value of11.8, in90mins the phenol degradation reaction reaches the end and achieves the best result.(3) Degradating phenol by O3/Ni/Al2O3comform to the theory of·OH mechanism, the catalysts catalyze ozone decomposing into more-OH, advanc the reaction rate, promot the thorough degradation of phenol. (4) With the γ-Al2O3, fly ash sintering ball, determine the best role Ni loaded. Affordable ash fired the ball which, in line with the response characteristics of the ozone level dynamics. Achieve the aim of turning waste into useful, coal chemical industry-MTO wastewater reuse has some significance. Ash fired the ball catalyst support low cost, ease of preparation, good effect, there is a very good practical industrial applications.
