Cellulose is the most widely renewable organic resource in nature. The study of cellulose and its derivative is a hotspot at home and abroad. There is a great number of straw stalks resources in China, and it contain about35%cellulose that can be an effective substitute for cotton and wood as the raw material of microcrystalline cellulose. This team has disposed of straw stalks by SO3/NH3micro-thermal explosion pretreatment, and succeeded in getting high purity and high yield rate of microcrystalline cellulose. This thesis made a quality assessment research on homemade straw stalks microcrystalline cellulose, and explored its performance application in tablet. Then the straw stalks microcrystalline cellulose was oxidized selectively, and we got the oxidation of straw stalks microcrystalline cellulose with different carboxylation degrees. Then we studied the founction of blood coagulation. In this paper three parts of research work were conducted.1.First of all, according to Chinese pharmacopoeia regulation (2010edition), we made a quality assessment research on homemade microcrystalline cellulose of straw stalk in laboratory. Taking aspirin as model drug and serving the commercial microcrystalline cellulose as controls, we mensurated the capacity of flow, swelling and disintegration of homemade microcrystalline cellulose, and evaluated its preliminary application as tablet disintegrating agent.2.With the self-made straw microcrystalline cellulose as raw material, we used TEMPO-NaCIO-NaBr selectivity oxidated straw microcrystalline cellulose in C6hydroxyl groups. In the oxidation of microcrystalline cellulose yield index, we optimized the oxidation route to get the optimal technological condition:pretreatment MCC with alkali swelling in5h, pH10-11, reactation at50℃and dosage of oxidant NaCIO32mL. At last, the oxidation of microcrystalline cellulose yield is up to94.74%.3.On the basis of the oxidated straw stalk microcrystalline cellulose, we changed the mode of pretreatment and got different carboxylation C6oxidation of microcrystalline cellulose. With Yunnan white powder as control, we established the model of trauma rats and blood coagulation in vitro and carried the preliminary evaluation of application on the oxidized microcrystalline cellulose of straw as hemostatic material.
