Tentative study on producing alcohol with straw stalk as fermenting substrate, in present of various fungi was carried out. The basic reaction conditions, the fungi species and raw material pretreatment method were optimized. The fungus (or a fungi combination) which can give the most cellulose and raw material pretreatment methode were screening out, the best technic parameters for producing cellulose determined. Studied the pretreatment of straw stalk, domestication of endurance of microzyme to alcohol, the influence of straw stalk material particle size, thalli intergrowth and cellulose on deoxidized sugar level and yield of alcohol. Studied comprehensively the influence of different raw material pretreatment and different fungus combination added on cellulose activity, by the compare of cellulose activity produced with different process, with straw stalk as fermenting substrate, Aspergillus niger V.Tiegh, Trichoder mavirde and Van Hall) Snyder & Hansen as the beginning fungus. Studied the constitutes and function mechanism of cellulose, measuring the activity of cellulose, screening out the best raw material pretreatment and fungus which can give the highest cellulose activity. Confirm the time producing high cellulose activity. Confirmed the compatible technic conditions and fungus producing cellulose by straw stalk pretreatment and the measurement of activity of cellulose and protease. Methods used in raw materials pretreatment are marinating 12h, freezing in advance 24h, freezing 24h after marinating 12h, microwave treatment, ammonia treatment. Crushing level of straw stalk are 10 mesh and 30 mesh. Aspergillus niger V. Tiegh, Trichoder mavirde and Van Hall) Snyder were used in experiments. The time of best activity of cellulose was given by mensuration of activity of filter paper enzyme, CMC and ?-glucodease. The best procedure for raw material pretreatment is microwave treatment, degree of raw material meshing is 30 mesh. The best way for fungus is the combination use of Aspergillus niger V.Tiegh, Trichoder mavirde and Van Hall) Snyder. The time of best filter paper enzyme activity is 24h, ,CMC is 72h, ?-glucosidase is also 72h In the preliminary research of yeast domestication and alcohol producing conditions, pretreatment of straw stalk material, domestication of yeast for endurance to high alcohol concentration, the influence of stock meshing, producing cellulose by thalli intergrowth on content of deoxidized sugar and yield of alcohol were studied.
