Based on the molecular chain a has the double bond of polyethylene glycol (acrylic polyoxyethylene ester PEGA) as the main object, using PEGA with heat storage temperature function, studies its in the preparation of heat storage temperature fiber applications. Due to the PEGA a have a highly active of double bond, so the initiator, under the action of through reactive extrusion method realized the PEGA in PP fiber (PP) matrix on the graft fixation, the use of melt spinning preparation party a legal system of the versatility of heat storage temperature fiber (PP-g-PEGA); Also through the PEGA with N-methylol propionamide, in crosslinking agent N,N-methylene double acrylamide, under the action of copolymerization reaction happened, system got P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG phase transition function particle, realized the phase change materials in three dimensional network fixed, and with P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG phase transition function for particle phase change materials (PCM) and PP for blending, through the melt spinning process preparation the heat storage temperature fiber (PCM/PP). Using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Fourier infrared spectrum, differential thermal scanning calorimetric apparatus, Xray diffraction, dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer, capillary rheometer, scanning electron microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer, electronic single fiber tensile strength tester were used for PEGA, PP-g-PEGA, P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG and PCM/PP structure and properties were studied.The experimental results show that the PEGA appeared C=C double bond characteristic peak, and successfully make the grafting in PP, maximum graft rate was3.2%, the heat storage temperature fiber melting enthalpy is6.93J/g; PEGA to join a high heat storage temperature fiber fracture strength, maximum5.1cN/dtex, higher than the pure PP3.5cN/dtex; PEGA makes the hygroscopicity of PP was improved obviously, moisture regain from0.027%increase to0.35%. Due to the PEGA itself with many polar group, so the antistatic property of PP is improved obviously.Through the five factors5levels of orthogonal test, determine the P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG phase transition function particle of the best preparation technology conditions; IR test shows, P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG appeared-CH2-,-CO-NH-,-C=O,-CH2-OH, etc characteristic peak that P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG chemical structure; PCM of melting enthalpy and crystal enthalpy are138.96J/g and108.27J/g, the corresponding temperature is34.35℃and40.24℃; DSC test results show that PCM mixing content is12%, PCM/PP of melting enthalpy is12.17J/g, through the theoretical calculation to get fiber reserves73%of phase transition enthalpy, proof that the three-dimensional network of phase change materials effective fixation; XRD analysis shows that, with the increase of PCM to join, destroy the PP matrix of a crystal formation, causes the crystallinity of PP slightly reduced, Rheological properties tests show that PCM in fiber matrix functioned as a plasticizer effect, make fiber matrix of the shear viscosity, non-newtonian index and viscous flow activation energy and so on all have been improved obviously, and proves that improving shear rate can improve the machining performance; DMA test shows that the relaxation temperature of fiber system developed to high temperature area after PCM joined. It suggested that the PEG which falled out from the PCM phase transition particle could melt and infiltrate into PP molecular chain. This made the molecular chain tangled up and improved the viscous resistance of the movement between the molecules which receded the sport ability of the molecular chain.The laboratory of the preparation of PP-g-PEGA heat storage temperature fiber and PCM/PP heat storage temperature fiber is used the traditional melt spinning party legal system, therefore it has the preparation technology is simple, the production cost is low, free from contamination etc., heat storage temperature fiber each performance index all reach the expected effect, is expected to further development and application.
