With oil price rising and environmental laws promulgated, they will accelerate the application of renewable resources and broaden the fileds of renewable resource applicated in Therefore, the biomass coming from plants and animalsr may become the major chemical raw materials and have a wide application in the field of materials in the future. From renewable biomass resources, particularly woody cellulose, to a new platform chemical, which increase more attention. The conversion of lignocellulosic utilization has becomed an inevitable tendency, and pretreatment plays a very important role in the functional transformation of lignocelluloses. This research which starting from the pre-processing, and arounding the green solvents in ionic liquids Biomass, presentd the two aspects of the work.(一) Analyse the raw materials and establish a reasonable analysis program. Synthesize the ionic liquid [BMIM]C1, and study the solubility of the wood chips in [BMIM]Cl. The results show that:in the experiments, the dissolution rates of pine sawdust which dissolved in [BMIM]Cl increased with the time prolonging. The dissolution of100-120mesh wood in [BMIM]Cl of up to26.1%in8h, but the color of dissolved solution deepened, and even carbonation. Because of the physical structure of wood itself, different components have different dissolution process in ionic liquids. The mass of undissolved part of holocellulose is higher than the dissolved part, and with the time prolonging, the undissolved part of the holocellulose will increase. Structure was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, and indicated that ionic liquid did not affect the structure of each component.(二) Adoption of wet molding technology and different proportion chitosan/regenerated cellulose fiber composites were prepared by directly blending chitosan powder and cellulose in1-butyl,3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid at room temperature. The morphology, structure and other property of the fibers were characterized by FT-IR、SEM, and so on. The result shows that the mechanical properties, degree of orientation, crystallization and breaking strength were reduced with the increasing of chitosan content in fiber composites. The nanometer TiO2/cellulose fiber showed their photocatalytic activity as we expected.[BMIM]Cl as the solvent which separated wood cellulose can effectively eliminate the physical structure of wood cellulose to extract cellulose, and keep the structure of cellulose. In the extraction process, ionic liquids can be recycled which meet the green chemistry concept. On the other hand, cellulose fiber and chitosan can achieve a good micro-scale mixing while ionic liquid as co-solvent. The ionic liquid can eventually be completely dissolved from the material.
