This paper mainly studies natural polymer, biodegradable anionic trash catcher agent, and retention and filtration aid, so as to find a suitable new eco-friendly, stable and efficient biological base retention and filtration aid system for the deinking of waste paper pulp. Meanwhile discuss the feasibility of calcine calcium sulfate whisker as fillers used in waste pulp used to product general culture paper, and compared with the commonly used filler calcium carbonate, and obtain the basis of calcium sulphate whisker used as papermaking filler and its performance advantages.By comparing the Zeta potential, cationic demand for paper pulp, absorbance value, the influence of the conductivity, and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and common ATC-PEI, PAC, CPAM charge density contrast of four kinds of eco-friendly anionic trash catcher (ATC)-cationic guar gum and chitosan hydrochloride, cationic cellulose, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, HACC is proved to be an eco-friendly, more stable, more efficient ATC capture efficiency, in the other word,it is not only a good residual ink trapping agent, but also a good white water clarifying agent.In view of the structural characteristics of the high temperature calcination calcium sulfate whisker (CSW), three kinds fillers of CSW-1, CSW-2, heavy calcium carbonate (GCC) and different ratio of filler in the paper with physical property and its pages were compared to explore its potential as papermaking filler. Results show that under the same loading amount, high temperature calcination calcium sulfate whisker can effectively improve the physical properties of the sheet, the hand-sheet paper, sheet ash, the quantitative filler retention, stiffness of the paper are both higher than that of heavy calcium carbonate, while the tensile index and the number of pairs of folding fell slightly. But under the condition of the same filler retention, three kinds of packing sheet tensile index and double folding times are basically the same, and in the ink absorption and sheet thickness, CSW contributes more. Through different packing ratio indirect characterization of their impact, the greater the proportion of calcium sulphate whisker is, the higher the filler retention is. In addition, SEM figure is a further indication of the way calcium sulfate whisker keep in the sheet, which can penetrate and bypass very well, given a sheet loose and high gap structure. Thus, calcium sulphate whisker is a kind of high retention and good bulk characteristics filler.In the comparison of unit system, the effect of cationic guar gum2#is more ideal, when the addition amount is0.25%,the filler retention is61.94%, and paper evenness is good; In the binary system, in the comparison of the anionic trash catcher agent with a combination of the molecular weight of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt whose molecular weight is800000proved to be more ideal, when the dosage of former was0.06%and the later was0.2%, the filler retention was62.87%; In the ternary system, in the combination’s effect of the anionic trash catcher agent, quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan whose molecular weight of800000, the molecular weight of chitosan hydrochloride6million is more ideal, when the three dosage was0.04%,0.10%,0.06%, the filler retention was as high as61.86%; In particle system, when the dosage of2cationic guar gum0.25%,0.9%dosage of bentonite, the-filler retention increased to64.37%; In binary compound system of anionic and cation, when the dosage of2#cationic guar gum was0.25%, anionic carboxymethyl cellulose’s dosage was0.10%, filler retention was as high as62.73%.
