Application And Research Of Wet-end Chemicals In The Cardboard Paper Manufacture

In order to improve economic efficiency of paper enterprises and realize stable production of paper machine,the article discusses and analyzes the operation status and all the problems encountered of my working paper machine,then put forward countermeasures.The application process for the renewal and upgrading of wet end chemicals in papermaking is tracked.The applied chemicals mainly include:anionic garbage trapping agent,retention and drainage aids adhesive control agent and heavy calcium carbonate,etc.Aluminum sulfate is replaced by electric neutralizer as an anionic trash catcher for cleaning the system in the production of cardboard paper.And the PCD absolute value of the three layers of white water of paper machine is reduced to 200 ?eq/L-220 ueq/L,pH value increased up to 7.6-7.8,the turbidity reduced up to 60-80 NTU,and the sulfate ion concentration in the workshop drainage reduced up to 576.6 mg/L.During the whole test process,all the data in the operation of the paper machine have been clearly improved,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the outage of aluminum sulfate in the future.In the production of cardboard paper,upgrade the existing particulate retention and drainage system by adding organic particles on the current basis,while other production conditions unchanged.Add 0.12 kg/t(paper)when the paper machine produces high-quantity paper,0.19 kg/t(paper)when low-quantity paper.The experiments shows that the addition of organic particles significantly reduces the white water concentration of the paper machine core bottom,and improves the retention rate,which reduces the raw material cost to some extent.The adhesive control agent is tested during the production of box board.Through the phase test of sticker control agent A and B in the operation of the paper machine,the data of the white water system has been improved to some degree,the probability of paper breaking caused by adhesive is reduced,paper machine efficiency increased by 0.7%,and that the downgrade of paper calender spot is reduced by 66.8 t in one month.During the cardboard paper production process,GCC filling test on surface layer of paper machine is carried out,the wrapping test to GCC with coating agents A and B.And add 13-15 kg/t(paper)GCC to the surface layer,the average particle size of the GCC filler increases about 5 times.The brightness of paper is improved obviously,and blue dye is added to the surface layer to adjust the color,the FAS of pulping system is out of use,and the paper strength has not decreased significantly.
