The number of heavy oil wells is large with oil exploration in the later stages.The rodless lifting technology has been paid more and more attention recently inthe mining technology of heavy oil resources. The implementation of theelectrical heating production technique reduce the viscosity of crude oil, extendthe pump inspection period in rodless lifting process well and prove liquidity ofcrude oil in wellhole. At present electrical heating production process mostlyadopt power current. Transformer change three-phase input into a single outputas the load is a single-phase, it lead three-phase unbalanced and reduce the powerfactor to affect power grid. The heating efficiency of the lifting process is lowand the power consumption is very high.This lifting technique of heating efficiency and low power consumption is alsohigh. In order to solve the above problems, based on single-chip microcomputercontrol rod lift-free wax inverter heating system. First this paper introduces thetheory of skin effect which is used in electric heating, depending on the systemload of the actual characteristics and its equivalent circuit is built, and deduceshollow sucker rod and Rod cable physical models. The heating circuit of thepower unit is designed, including full-bridge inverter main circuit, a microcon-troller and the external control circuit, detection and protection circuit, theauxiliary circuits, human-computer interaction and so on. Software for thecontrol of heating power supply system is designed. Microcontroller can adjustvoltage and frequency of power output AC. The user can set the parameters of thepower unit or real-time control operations according to the scene mode, and theheating efficiency is improved. Finally, experiment verify the performance ofpower supply unit meet the design requirements.The advantage of the power supply unit is enhancing the efficiency of theelectric heating. The power supply protection and anti-jamming capabilities is improved. Power state is real-time displayed by human-computer interface. Thispaper provides a theoretical foundation and experimental method for waxtroubles toil production wells in the rodless lifting process.
