Along withimprovement of the drilling pump gradually to high power, light weight, high pressureresistance, corrosion resistance, request discharge pipe sealing, safety, reliability to the higherquality.By comparison and analysis the characteristic of CO2gas shielded welding and thestructure characteristics of the discharge pipe, design the CO2gas shielded welding automaticwelding special welding machine, implements the workpiece rotate automatically, automaticwelding torch swing, welding flat position, achieved preheating before welding, welding, andheat process flow operation mode, etc. Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of carbonalloy steel used in CO2gas shielded welding, selecting appropriate welding wire，using stringcable energy with reasonable preheating temperature，effectively avoid the cold cracks afterwelding, and take the pulse welding power source for CO2welding spatter strengthened thecontrol. The results show that strict control the welding parameter of welding heat input,preheat and heat treatment after welding, discharge pipe bending parts of automatic CO2gasshielded welding can get high quality welding joint, the good appearance of weld, internalquality and reliable, weld ultrasonic testing qualified rate of more than99%, can satisfy therequirements of product performance. |
