Long distance crude oil pipeline mostly buried in the wild, under the action of environment, the corrosion damage phenomenon is serious, and because of its high working pressure, in the event of corrosion perforation, it will cause a large scale of oil spill, serious environmental pollution, threat for personal safety and cause huge economic losses to the enterprise. Therefore the pipeline repair work has become an essential regular work in oil and gas gathering and transferring process.In this paper, the long distance crude oil pipeline corrosion situation were summarized, it summarizes the situation of the pipeline corrosion, and outlines the long distance crude oil pipeline maintenance and reinforcement methods, the methods include welding type,clamp type and fiber composite type maintenance reinforcement technology. Because of reinforcing fiber composite materials repairing technology as a new type high efficiency and fast repair technology, it has been applied in the oil and gas pipeline maintenance and overhaul, so this paper is applied of the carbon fiber reinforcement technology. This paper studies the line for An-yong Muyu line to Jianhua temple period of pipeline corrosion situation, according to the laws and regulations and testing standards, it gets the pipeline corrosion situation which concluding:external anti-corrosion coating which be named poor and bad substandard level is390meters, accounting for37.5%of the total length, and these need for maintenance and reinforcement; Anticorrosive coating suspected leakage points are15, there were serious corrosion occurred on two pipes, a slight corrosion and the rest anticorrosive layer were destroyed; Running normally this pipeline cathode protection, pipeline stray current interference. According to the corrosion test results and selection of carbon fiber reinforcement technology, to calculate the pipeline reinforcement strength, reinforcement width and the number of carbon fiber composite reinforcement layer, determine the construction process of reinforcing scheme, finally, analyze the performance of the reinforcement of carbon fiber composite materials.Finally this paper introduces the carbon fiber reinforcing repairing field line of An-yong Muyu line to Jianhua temple period of pipeline, according to reinforce carbon fiber materialsto repair the line for An-yong Muyu line to Jianhua temple period of corrosion pipeline, pipeis recovered original bearing capacity and improved the service life of pipelines.
