The oil and gas long-distance pipeline system is a pipeline system for transporting petroleum and petroleum products.In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of oil and gas long-distance pipelines,people have paid great attention to pipeline safety issues.Among them,due to corrosion of oil and gas long-distance pipelines,pipeline failures and leakages,and accidents that cause explosions continue to occur.According to statistics,the proportion of accidents caused by corrosion failure of oil pipelines accounts for about 25%of the total number of pipeline accidents.Therefore,it is one of the problems we need to solve now to find out the corrosion law of transportation pipelines,obtain corrosion prediction models,and establish corrosion protection systems.This paper firstly analyzes the risk of oil and gas long-distance pipeline system through hazard and operability analysis,and draws the hidden dangers of the current system,and analyzes the consequences of pipeline corrosion leakage.Then the pipeline corrosion experiment was designed to simulate the corrosion of oil and gas long-distance pipeline under acidic medium.By changing the concentration of the acidic solution and the experimental temperature,the relationship between the corrosion rate and the concentration temperature is obtained.Then,through data mining and fitting,the relationship between the thickness of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline and the variable under the unprotected wall is obtained,so as to predict the corrosion failure of the pipeline.time.Finally,comprehensive corrosion prediction model and hazard and operability analysis results,as well as materials,safety measures and emergency measures for oil and gas long-distance pipeline transportation,establish a complete safety management information system for long-distance oil and gas pipelines to achieve accident prevention.Thereby reducing the frequency and impact of accidents caused by pipeline corrosion failure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish a simplified model of long-distance oil and gas pipeline system and conduct risk and operability analysis.Analyze possible deviations and find out the causes of the deviations and the consequences.A qualitative analysis of the degree of danger results in a hazard level.Focus on the consequences and causes of pipeline leaks due to corrosion.According to the safety measures of the current oil and gas long-distance pipeline system,the corresponding modification suggestions are put forward,and the risk and operability analysis report is finally obtained.(2)Simulating the acid corrosion of oil and gas long-distance pipelines using experimental materials such as hydrochloric acid solution and 20 steel steel pipes.By controlling the concentration of the hydrochloric acid solution and the experimental temperature,the thickness of the steel tube was measured by ultrasonic thickness gauge,and the relationship between the thickness of the tube wall and the solution concentration and the experimental temperature was obtained.According to the variation of the thickness of the steel pipe wall,the data of the corrosion rate and the solution concentration and the experimental temperature can be obtained at the same time.(3)Excavate the experimental data,and use MATLAB software to fit the change data of corrosion rate with solution concentration and experimental temperature,and obtain the corrosion rate prediction curve and verify the experiment.According to the prediction curve,the corrosion of the pipe wall can be deduced,and the pipeline maintenance suggestions are proposed.(4)Establish long-distance oil and gas based on the risk and operability analysis report and the corrosion prediction model obtained,combined with the chemical information of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline transportation items,system operation rules,and emergency operation under dangerous conditions.Pipeline process operation knowledge information system.Give safety advice to the pipeline area as well as the petrol station.
