polymer material science has make a spurt of progress of development in theNearly half century. Nowadays in most common daily necessities to the mostsophisticated high-tech products cannot do without polymer materials. With theincreasing popularity of polymer materials, the harm caused by the aging of polymermaterials is more and more obvious. Therefore, research on polymer materials in theatmospheric environment in the aging behavior and law, make clear the environmentalfactors on the mechanism of polymer aging and anti-aging agent aging behavior onpolymer materials has become the research has important theoretical value and practicalsignificance of the present.This paper chooses PC and PE as the object of study (each material is divided intowithout anti ageing agent sample, adding traditional anti-aging agent sample, addingnano anti-aging agent specimen), select typical atmospheric environment for our outdoorexposure test and xenon lamp as light source of indoor accelerated ageing test. Bendingstrength, tensile strength, detection of two kinds of materials in different environments,elongation at break, impact strength of the four mechanical performance index and theyellow index; and the infrared detection. The results were shown as follows:(1) In outdoor exposure test on an annual cycle, can find the variation trend andmagnitude of two kinds of the mechanical properties of the materials are different, ingeneral, the bending strength and tensile strength changed greatly, and the elongation atbreak and impact strength changed little; cannot change process groups and mechanicalproperties changes reflected infrared testing, strict correspondence (large changes over aperiod of no mechanical properties group change big).(2) Fluctuation of performance PE early aging, temperature influence is bigger, themechanical data, infrared spectroscopy analysis showed, the aging speed of everystation is that Wuhan> Wanning> Lhasa> Mohe. The aging test results of PC varyabout PE, Lhasa station sample mechanical performance fluctuations after Wanning,indicating that PC light sensitivity was higher than that in PE.(3) PE and PC two materials, adding anti-aging agent sample and without agingresistant specimens under bending strength and tensile strength and no significantdifference. But adding anti-aging agent on the elongation at break and impact strengthhave obvious effect, for PE adding anti-aging agent elongation is maintained, and theimpact strength of the site of the rose. PC joined in the elongation at break and impact strength of anti aging agent has decreased significantly, and the change patterns aredisturbed (nano anti-aging agent is particularly obvious).(4) in the outdoor exposure test of mechanical properties of two materials appeared thetrend of fluctuating trend, and mechanical properties of the accelerated aging inlaboratory under the condition of uniform, and outdoor exposure test and the indooraccelerated test PC benzene ring structure destroyed in different degree.These arehighlighted in the high temperature and high humidity and with strong irradiationconditions, aging materials and outdoor exposure appeared difference.
