The paper mainly discusses the selection of main equipment in fully mechanized caving and large mining height of2301working face and provide reference to other mines.At the beginning of the study,larger mining height occurrence condition investigation, rock mechanics parameters experimen,numerical simulation and numerical computation are used to calculate the mining height;The first,combined with survey about related mine could get the demand of ten-million-ton working face main equipment,then engineering analog method are usd to choose the best plan that meet requirements.The second,analytic hierarchy process are used to selest the optimization plan.The last,by field measurement of main equipment adaptability and concludes the existiing problems.The aim of this paper is in order to seek method of high effective and safe production.
