It has important significance and value to study the ground pressure appearance Law and support technology of fully mechanized face with large mining height.Based on the support engineering of 12401 fully mechanized mining face in Shangwan Coal Mine,the paper used theoretical analysis,field test and numerical simulation to analysis the surrounding rock failure law and support technology.The main work and conclusions are:(1)Analyzed the mechanical characteristics of without mining influence,one side goaf and two sides goaf in fully mechanized face with large mining height.The main factors of the failure and instability of crossheading are analyzed and the results show that the failure form of fully mechanized face with large mining height mainly includes crack failure,shear failure and compound failure.The control measures for deformation and failure of crossheading with large mining height are put forward.(2)The results show that the average weighting step of strata pressure is 13.3m in fully mechanized face with large mining height and the weighting strength can be divided into two stages:the stronger weighting strength and the weaker weighting strength.The micro seismic events in fully mechanized mining face mainly distribute within 150 m from the cutting hole of working face,and the main events are small energy events.There are new cracks on the surface of fully mechanized mining face in the process of mining,most crack widths are less than 100 mm,and the width of individual cracks is 100-200 mm,the maximum crack width is 500 mm,and the difference between the two sides of the crack is about 200-300 mm.(3)Used the inelastic zone support theory to design the support parameters of fully mechanized face with large mining height.The support parameters of fully mechanized face with large mining height are designed.Given the supporting schemes of rubber transportation roadway and auxiliary transportation roadway.The supporting effect of crossheading with large mining height is analyzed by means of FLAC3D software and field test.The results show that the support parameters of fully mechanized face with large mining height in this paper are reasonable and have reference value for similar projects.
