Wrought magnesium alloy AZ31is a widely used in plank, profile production. Because ofmagnesium alloy has poor plasticity at room temperature, only use hot rolled can be used inplate processing. The high temperature will cause the oxidation loss of magnesium alloy,so itis a great significance that develop a new short process, low cost and high quality ofmagnesium alloy sheet production technology.In this paper, through different extrusion extrusion ratio on casted AZ31, successfullyproduce magnesium alloy sheet and profile. In the extrusion temperature of410DEG C andthe speed of1.5mm/s extrusion test conditions, extruding28.5mm thickness plate withextrusion ratio5.9, extruding3.8mm thickness plate with extrusion ratio25.4.Magnesium alloy sheet after the rolling processing is treated with T4, cryogenic after T4and cryogenic in electromagnetic field after T4. Analysis the performance andmicrostructure of samples,find out that5.9extrusion ratio profile rolled1.4mm sheet whicheach time15%pressing volume rolling has the best plastic as elongation is15%.25.4extrusion ratio profile rolled1.4mm sheet has the plastic as elongation is21%with thetreatment of36h cryogenic after T4.Use Python language second develop the ABAQUS FEM software,then pre sentence thevalue and optimization the limit of the rolling reduction. Consider of the results ofoptimization,4.3mm plate is successfully rolled in10%,12.5%and15%.Through themicrostructure observation find that witj the increasing of the rolling reduction, tensilestrength and elongation were increased slightly. The board above and the25.4extrusion ratioprofiles is rolled to1.4mm plate. The25.4extrusion ratio profiles can be used largerreductions of rolling than5.9extrusion plate than the, only6times rolling to1.4mm while5.9extrusion plate than take an average of12times. The25.4section rolling sheet extrusion ratioobtained higherplastic than other rolling process after T4treatment.
