Rock burst, also known as coal blast, is a phenomenon of dynamic pressure of mine safety in production, has been one of the main disasters threaten the safety of mine. Many factors influence the occurrence of rockburst, diversity in form, a lot of academic research can not completely solve this problem. In recent years, with the expanding of mining depth, mining intensity and mining range, rock burst does more and more serious hazard to the safety in production of coal mine, therefore, it has important practical significance of the research of the Occurrence mechanism, the influence factors and the prevention and control technology.This paper, combined with the geological structure and dynamic environment of Xinyi Mine, on the basis of previous research, through theoretical analysis, experimental study, numerical simulation and field practice, to study the influence factors of rock burst and the prevention technical measures. First, through the analysis of the geological structure, coal structural characteristics, regional seismic activity and tectonic stress field of Xinyi Mine, get the main influence factors of Xinyi Mine rock burst are mining depth, roof activities, seam thickness and changes and gas factors and so on. Combined with the physical and mechanical expriment of coal and rock samples, comprehensive analysis the rock burst of coal seam and roof by elastic energy index, bursting energy index, duration of dynamic fracture and bending energy index. Then, numerical simulation of11011working face coal and rock by FLAC3D software, get the conclusion that the main source of the problem is the breaking way and breaking away above the seam of two thick sandstone layer, the larger breaking away has significant impact to the lower strata of coal. Finally, through analyzing the result of numerical simulation and the risk factors, put forward the rockburst prevention measures to Xinyi Mine, such as coal seam water, roadway drilling relief, roadway floor drilling relief and boring blast and so on, achieve the goal that relieving stress and eliminate rock burst.
