| Ore-pass is the throat of underground metal mine production. And the mainore-pass is the key to ensuring a stable and efficient production of the mine. Since themain ore-pass ore drawing frequently, ore-pass wall is impacted and wore by oreseriously. For the realization of the metal mines main ore-pass contious and stableproduction, the motion characteristics of ore and wearing characteristics of ore-passwall must be studied at main ore-pass in Jinshandian iron mine. The task of mainore-pass is heavy. And the main ore-pass has long service time. So the main ore-passwall has varying degrees of damage. The normal production of the main ore-pass isaffected. For the problems of ore-pass wall is wore seriously by ore during ore drawingat the reservoir section of main ore-pass, this study based on on-site investigation, takesheoretical analysis and similarity experiment and numerical simulation into study on themotion characteristics of ore and the wearing characteristics of ore-pass wall at mainore-pass.(1) On the basis of granular media kinematics theory, ore velocity equation is got,plane coordinate system has been established to obtain ore transport trajectory equation.Based on bulky rock mechanics, the pressure calculation methods and empiricalformulas of main ore-pass wall are introduced. On the basis of the drawing theory, froma qualitative point of view to reveal partition of reservoir section and its wearingcharacteristics of ore-pass wall.(2) Based on a similar principle, the similarity ratio of ore motion experiment isdetermined, laboratory simulation of the main ore-pass ore drawing test platform is built.High-speed imaging apparatus collected ore transport processes, the collected imagedata by Image Pro Plus dynamic image analysis software for analysis, motioncharacteristics of ore and wearing characteristics of ore-pass wall at slide section isobtained. The similarity ratio of ore ore-pass wall wearing experiment is determined,ore-pass model is produced, experimental program is developed, the wearingcharacteristics of ore-pass wall and motion characteristics of ore at the reservoir sectionis obtained.(3) Depending on the selected numerical simulation software, ore drawing numerical model of reservoir section is established. According to the simulation results,reservoir section is partitioned, and its each partition wall wearing features and motioncharacteristics of ore are obtained.(4) Based on on-site investigation, heoretical analysis and similarity experiment ofore motion can verify each other, similarity experiment and numerical simulation ofore-pass wall wearing can verify each other. motion characteristics of ore and wearingcharacteristics of ore-pass wall at main ore-pass in Jinshandian iron mine is obtained. Areference for the main ore-pass production management and structural optimization isprovided. |
