In many regions in the process of oil exploration drift problems,severelyrestricted the development of the oil development project. Through the automaticvertical drilling system in the hydraulic rectifying inclined system can solve thisproblem. Because of the guidance loop and drill pipe through the bearing,however,itis difficult to produce the restoring force. Through the use of downhole return mud inthe upstream process produces turns looping reverse movement of the torque,ensurethe normal operation of restoring system. This requests us to guide looping downholeflow field in the thorough analysis and research,compare the factors affecting the sizeof the reverse torque value,so as to get the optimal model of the guide sleeve.In this article,through modeling software SolidWorks modeling was carried outon the guide sleeve,establishing a guide sleeve with guide vane and rotating drillstring combined multi field coupling dynamics theory model,then import ICEMmodel analysis,finally analyzed using CFD software FLUENT was simulated.Through comparative analysis the simulation results,reveals the number of guidevane,the blade section shape difference of key parameters and relative speedcurve,explore reasonable torque control law. Finally got different stress nephogramand torque value,through the analysis of the pressure and torque values foundshortcomings existing guide sleeve models need to be optimized design.In the guide sleeve and downhole model on the basis of simulation analysis andtheoretical derivation,the existing guide sleeve structure optimization design,andcompared before and after the improvement of mud have mud on the guide sleeve.The results show that the improvement is effective,the improved guide sleeve canproduce more torque.
