Perforation completion is the main way of well completion, which requires hightechnology with applying perforation technology into oil production. Therefore, the bulletshould bore deep, and can not blocked after perforation. In order to make the perforationefficiently with high rate of oil, perforation diameter should be long enough. Traditionaltype of coppper medicine has serious problem of blocking. In order to eliminate the blocking,this paper puts forward a way of improvement in the structure of perforating charge,satisfying the requirement of zero-pestle plugging, large aperture and deep penetration.On the basis of related literature at home and abroad, in this paper the author designs akind of a new type of structure of perforating with a dam-board, usingANSYS/AUTODYN-2D simulation software of different factors on the formation of jet andmaking a digital simulation. Meanwhile, the author analyzed the oil perforating cartridgetype shield wall thickness, cone Angle and barrier material, the thickness of the flap andbaffle opening aperture of the jet formation and blocking degree of pestle body impactanalysis. On this basis, through orthogonal design optimization method of jet velocity innumerical simulation under different level combination of various factors, and then throughdata processing and the optimal parameter combination of primary and secondary factors,with jet head speed as examining index, finally optimal solution has been selected.Research shows that:(1) the new type of oil perforating charge containing bafflestructure compared with the traditional structure,can effectively stop cutting jet pestle body,so it can reduce the probability of blocking;(2) in the baffle structure design, the size ofbaffle aperture directly determines the formation of the stability of the jet and shape;(3) forbarrier material, due to high temperature in the formation of jet, a high melting point ofmaterial should be chosen. Through the comparison analysis, finally choosing tungsten as the barrier material;(3) orthogonal optimization method is applied to four kinds of factors onthe new type of oil perforating charge form jet velocity of the primary and secondaryrelationships are analyzed.To determine the final choice medicine cover30°, medicine coverthickness1.0mm, baffle, baffle opening pore size11mm thickness for5mm scheme forthe optimal solution;(4) based on the new type of oil perforating charge penetration optimizedthe structure of the project in the concrete target board, a baffle can reduce body spot on theoil hole plugging, and has less effects on the effective jet.
