This paper describes the research significance, purpose, the development statusboth at home and abroad of the shaped charge. This paper introduces the basic theory ofshaped charge. A several types of perforating charge, provided by an enterprise, weresimulated analysis using the ALE method. Analysis system was set up.Firstly, the jet was influenced by the shaped charge liner under different conditions,which includes different materials, different angle and different explosives and differentwall thickness. The results of analysis indicate that higher the material density is, morelarge the explosive energy is. The formation jet velocity is higher, and the jet is finecontinuity. With the angle increased, the jet velocity decreased in a certain range. Thespeed of the jet head decreased gradually as the wall thickness increased within thescope of the1.6mm to1.6mm.Secondly, the orthogonal design method was proposed about the PerforatingCharge. The factors of influential indicator and the levels of factors were analyzed. Thetest result was analyzed by the intuitive analysis method and the variance analysismethod. The results show that the degree of significant factors was ranged as follows:the material of shaped charge liner> cone angle> wall thickness> the shaped chargestructure.Finally, in order to overcome expensive test of oil perforating charge, measureddifficulty of the temperature and velocity and kinetic energy, and observation conditionlimited after the explosion, a method of ANSYS\LS-DYNA secondary developmentbased on VB was proposed. The simulation analysis system of the perforating chargewas built. Combined the VB and ANSYS\LS-DYNA secondary development function,the parametric design of human-computer interaction was realized through the system connector of information integration and interoperability. The problem of repeatedmodeling and measured data difficulty was solved by invoked data automatically. Thissystem will fit for non-professional personal for operation. The model display andprocess visualization was realized with the help of example verification. The analysisresult agrees fairly well with the measured one.
