Blast furnace iron is the main modern method to smelt iron. The whole process of the blast furnace is carried out in confined space. Due to blast furnace’s characteristics of high temperature and pressure, people can’t get the internal situation of blast furnace directly. So it could only predict the abnormal conditions inside the blast furnace through monitoring the cooling water temperature. And through on-line monitoring the temperature of cooling water and managing the furnace heat load, the blast furnace operation and maintenance could be guided.The current cooling water temperature monitoring system based on bus has been difficult to meet the requirements of arbitrary layout and mobility. With the wide application of wireless technology in the fields of military, medical, agriculture, architecture and so on, it is the trend to use wireless technology in monitoring the cooling water temperature of blast furnace. This paper mainly describes a high-precis ion temperature measurement system based on wireless transmission, which can be used for monitoring the temperature of cooling water of blast furnace. This article mainly consists of two parts, the first part is a high-precision temperature measurement system based on PT1000, and the second part is Zigbee wireless data transmission network based on Chipcon’s CC1010as a transport core.The function of the terminal node module is collecting temperature data, including platinum resistance temperature measurement circuit and wireless data transmission. RTD Pt1000could get temperature data through the bridge circuit. And the data need to A/D conversion in the CC1010’s ADC ports after the signal conditioning. The core51of CC1010directly reads the converted digital signal, the package temperature data can be sent out through the RF section of CC1010after the data processed. The coordinator node module completes the formation of Zigbee wireless network and the reception and the display of wireless temperature data. The entire system mainly includes three parts: wireless receiver module, STC89C52data processing and LCD1602LCD. The coordinator node uses the wireless module to receive temperature data, and the temperature measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen after data processing.
