Blast furnace wall cooling system is an indispensable process for modern blast furnace.It monitors the micro-water temperature difference and analyses timely of heat load state of blast furnace cooling wall,in order to determine the production conditions of blast furnace furnace,and ultimately extend the life of blast furnace.In this paper,the object of study is closed loop soft water cooling system for blast furnace.The latest research results of embedded technology and wireless communication technology are introduced into monitoring system of blast furnace cooling water temperature difference,which has achieved good results for blast furnace safety production in harsh environment,with a wide range of engineering applications.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:Ⅰ.Design and development of wireless micro-water temperature difference detection device.The device includes the wireless temperature measurement node and the data acquisition terminal with CC1110 as the CPU.SimpliciTI network communication protocol is used to solve the shortcomings of high temperature cable consumption and maintenance difficulty in existing detection devices.The 433 M communication band with strong penetrating ability is used to solve the obstacle barrier in the blast furnace field,and stabilize the wireless network.The software design decreases power consumption of the wireless temperature measurement node.Combined with the working characteristics of AD7799 and Pt1000,the design of ratio double bridge temperature acquisition circuit and adaptive fading Kalman filter is to ensure that the maximum error of the device is not higher than 0.02 ℃,which is a higher level of domestic system and meets the blast furnace production demands.Ⅱ.Analysis and design of wireless temperature measurement node state.In this paper,ARM coordinator are designed and installed in the field.The coordinator collects data of the wireless temperature measurement node through RS485 communication.The built-in Device of ARM coordinator has functions of real-time curve display,node power detection and node communication quality evaluation.It is convenient for field workers to inspect the working status of wireless nodes and to improve the work efficiency.It is of great significance to replace the traditional blast furnace cooling water detection device.Ⅲ.Lots of experiments and field testings based on monitoring system of thewireless micro-water temperature difference are studied.The results show that the system has high accuracy of measurement,reliable wireless communication,low-power consumption of node and interface friendly,which meets demands of blast furnace field production,and will have a prospect of wide application in industrial controlling fields.
