The period of this investigation and analysis started from20th May2014to9thOct2014, one sampling one week, total21samplings. Unnamed lake located atChangChun Normal University was the place where we sampled. We measured the airtemperature while sampling, and water temperature, nitrate concentration, normalphosphate concentration, conductivity rate, pH of water, and8kinds of heavy metalconcentration, including lead, chromium, selenium, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, barium and stibium, meanwhile, we observed, identified and counted the numbers offreshwater alga through the blood counting chamber. We inferred the importantenvironment factors and dependent factors during the progress of growth andmultiplication of freshwater alga by analyzing the relationship among environmentfactors and between these factors and species of freshwater alga, furthermore, thevariations of heavy metal brought the possible influences on the freshwater alga. Theresults are the followings:(1) there was a significant relationship between air temperature and watertemperature, the former was about higher5centigrade than the latter during thesampling period.(2) nitric concentration and normal phosphate concentration of water ascendedfirstly, then decreased, the highest nitric concentration was1.77mg/L, the lowestnitric concentration was0.54mg/L. whereas, the highest concentration of normalphosphate was4.02mg/L, the lowest concentration of it was nearly absent.(3) there was no specific relationship between the water conductivity rate and theconcentration of nitric and of normal phosphate.(4) all of the heavy metal ions varied less and had a low concentration, and itindicated that water was polluted less by heavy metal ions. Also, heavy metal ionsinfluenced the freshwater alga limitedly.(5) in this investigation, we identified38species totally, belonging to cyanophyta, chlorophyta, chrysophytax, euglenophyta, cryptophyta and pyrroptata.(6) scenedesmus, chroococcoid, chlorella, phormidium and volvox were the longdominant freshwater algas. Meanwhile, Gloeothece, Golenkinia radiate,Cryptomonsovate,Aphanothece,Cyclotella cryptic,Stauroneis pygmaea,Staurastrumasterioideum, microcystis, tetrastrum, coelastrum andmerismopedia sinica were the phased dominant species.(7) freshwater alga succession appeared significantly, algas of cyanophyta and ofchlorophyta were the major role of succession, algas of chrysophytax, euglenophyta, cryptophyta and pyrroptata were the minor role of succession.
