With the development of industry, aluminum is widely application start up in variousfields, but because of their poor rigidity aluminum alloy structural components, which caneasily be deformed in the process, the quality of the processing of the requirements difficultto meet the specified requirements, Therefore, the processing of aluminum components hasalways been a difficulty. This paper will draw on a project, using CAD/CAM/CAEtechnology for high speed processing of aluminum alloy components for further study.The tool optimizes the running track at high speed machining. For easily deformablecharacteristics of aluminum alloy member, but also taking into account the machiningefficiency and machining quality, high-speed processing in the vast extent help to solve theabove problem, and then taking into account the extremely efficient use of the tool life, fromthe required tool cut, move fillet knife and respect and so do the optimization, and ultimatelythe best way to develop a tool path. In-depth analysis on the processing characteristics anddeformation control method aluminum component in typical thin-walled structures, mainlyrelying on the finite element software components processing deformation caused by doingsimulation and analysis! With the trial and then validate it.
