In recent years, with the continous development of our country’s economy, thenumbers of industrial enterprises are increasing gradually. A large amount of wasteswere discharged,when more and more commodities to meet peope’s needs wereproduced. Once these wastes come into the air, land and water, it not only results inserious environmental pollution, but also it harms human’s health. Therefore theenvironmental problems have become the focus issue of all people.Lots of chemicals need to be used in the producton or during the productiveprocesses in some enterprises in the fields of chemical engineering, printing anddyeing, pharmacy, metallurgy and coking etc; among which it contains manyhazardous and noxious substances. The government continuously improves theemission standards of enterprise wastes and enhances the supervision strength. Therelevant contingency plans are formulated to deal with the relevant emergentenvironmental incidents and prevent the environmental harms resulted from thepollutant emission or leakage. However, some enterprises still can not collect somehighly-concentrated wastes to the accident reservoir. Because of uncertain accidentlocations and not timely treatment by the fixed facility, these pollutants enter thewater body directly, leading to the serious pollution of surface water and evenunderground water.Aiming at the above problems, flexiable moveable sewage treatment equipmentis urgently needed to be designed. When the above accidents occur, it can process thewaste water promptly on the site to reduce the environmental pollution to theminimum. The moveable water treatment equipment has been developing in ourcountry for many years with the features of convenient, efficient and high flexibility.But at present, by the research and investigation, the processible water quality ingredient is relatively fixed for the current moveable sewage treatment equipmentand the treatment technology is for the relatively simple domestic sewage treatment.For the treatment of high-concentrated organic waste water, the treatment technologyis generallly complicated as the stable organics can not be degraded easily and theconcentration is relatively high. When processing high-concentrated organic wastewater, generally, it is processed by the fixed equipment. Fewer moveable treatmentequipment can be applied for the treatment of high-concentrated organic waste water.Therefore this subject is committed to design a set of flexible and convenienthigh-concentrated waste water treatment equipment for the waste water treatment inthe accidents of high-risk enterprises.As a pretreatment technology for the high-concentrated waste water,microelectrolysis sewage treatment technology can effectively eliminate COD in thewastewater and change the biodegradability of the wastewater, for which it isfrequently been used. Ozone catalysis and oxidation technique has a good oxidabilityfor the majority of the organics, which can drastically eliminate the organic pollutantsin the wastewater. The activated carbon adsorption method can effectively absorb theorganics with low-concentrated wastewater, which is also widely been used.Therefore this subject treats the experimental wastewater with the combinationtechnology of microelectrolysis-Ozone catalysis and oxidation-activated carbonadsorption.Based on the above experimental results, a set of high-concentrated moveablesewage treatment equipment was designed with the operation debugging performed.The experimental wastewater stands for the wastewater from some enterprise after theproduction, which organic chlorobenzene concentration501.22mg/L, nitrobenzeneconcentration500.86mg/L and COD concentration8050mg/L. From the runningresults of the equipment, the treatment effect is favorable, which COD of thewastewater could be removed about95%,.
