Rana chensinensis,mainly distributed in the northeast of our country,the femalefallopian tubes are be called “Oriductus Ranae” which commonly be known as “Haout oil”, Ha out oil has many efficacies including the spleen benefit stomach,runfeifluid,anti-aging, anti-fatigue and so on.It is a high nutritionally raluable tonic and bewell known by Chinese and foreign, Besides,the residues of ranas also have highernutritional ralue, The royal cookbooks include “Eight Jane” Ginseng, wing, bone,belly, Artemisia, palm,out and reinforcement, and “Three bao”(ha and out, rhodiola,boschniakia, rossica),with hedgehong,the bear’s paw,dragon are well known as fourduck As people gradually know the rana,the related products come into our life,it isso popular now.There is a wide development and utilization for its resarch anddevelopment.In the past, the method for processing Rana is to take the oil manually, scrap theresidues, it is caused a waste of resources, reduce the using Rana, in addition, thestretch brings enrironmental pollution.The spray dring method producemicrocapsules can make full use of the resources,the embedding oriductus ranae wasavoided to oxidate,mould,motamorphic,tend the date of effective.In the process ofproduction ensure the loss of nutrients,meanwhile, rana microcapsules are also out ofthe trouble of low temperature storage,dring water trending and precook.The article resarch the processing technology of the spray drying method of ranamicrocapsules, Using orthogonal test formula to optimize on the basis of single factorand on this rasis to optimize the response surface and determinethe processparameters of preparing of the spary drying.The main research content and conclusion are as falouring:1.The choose of wall is crucial,it is closoly to the success of the preparation ofmicrocapsules with reference to select the best wall and the process parameters toembed, to compare the efficiency the yield of, the emulsion stability and the sensorypropeties of microcapsules to get a conclusion the best result come from Gum arabicand β-cyclodextrin.2.By the experiment to determine the optimization parameters and the scope ofthe formula of microcapsules wall, it is as the following Gum arabic: β-cyclodextrin is1:1,the ratio of core material is1:2,the concentration of solids is25%on thiscondition,we did an experiment, measured the etficiency is82.52%and theproduction is51.33%.3.By the experiment to determine the optimization parameters and the scope ofthe formula of the spray drying to optimize the techonology by the response surface,we can determune that the inter air temperature is190.76%,the air temperature is28.54m3/h feed speed is34L/h, the efficiency of microcapsule is84.5266%, theproduction is57.2673%, on this condition we did an experiment, measured theefficiency of microcapsules is84.47%,the production is57.22%. As a result thetechonology of the response surface has the actually value.4.Measure the physical and chemical properties of the production of themicrocapsules including molsture, density, particle size, solubility and so on.5.To observe the production of microcapsules by scanning election microscopy,we can see that its appearance is good, the size is relatively uniform, the integrity rateof capsule wall is high.6.To study the production of microcapsules and the stability of powder of rana ithas shown that to compare with the same concentratial powder, Rana microcapsule’sstability has been improved.In this paper, the innovation points:(1) In this paper, researching the technology and formula of using spray dryingtechnology to process the valence of Rana microcapsules.(2) The development of the product achieve that Rana resources could bereasonable and make full use of. Expanded Rana’ using range, enrich the varieties ofRana products.
