So far, China has issued a number of guidance documents and policies for the electroplating industry, such as " Technical requirements for cleaner production-Plating&surface finishing industry" and other national and local standards. With the increasingly high environmental standards and requirements, requirements and regulations of electroplating centralized industrial parks are also more stringent. From the proportion of electroplating species, China’s production of galvanized plating accounts for the largest proportion and is the most widely used. And in reality the cleaner production situation of o galvanizing industry is not optimistic. Therefore, research on the assessment of key technologies for cleaner production in galvanization has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of describing in detail the progress of the development and application of cleaner production and pollution control technology in galvanization, and analyzing domestic and foreign policy and standards and norms of cleaner production technologies of galvanization, this paper takes the centralized base for the surface treatment in Longxi Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City as the research object, combines with the status of the base galvanized cleaner production technology, and focuses on non-cyanide zinc cleaner production technologies, and uses analytic hierarchy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (AHP-FCE) to conduct an evaluation, and combining with its impact on the whole process such as passivation, cleaning, etc., carries out research on the assessment of key technologies for cleaner production in galvanization in Huizhou Longxi Plating Base. This paper provides policy recommendations for further improving cleaner production levels of galvanizing for Huizhou Longxi Plating Base and even the whole electroplating industry.This paper uses AHP to construct the evaluation system of cleaner production technologies of galvanization, and determines the weight of each factor, and combines with FCE to assess and screen the cleaner production technologies and process of galvanization, and puts forward technologies for cleaner production in galvanization in Huizhou Longxi Plating Base, in order to provide technical guidance for the cleaner production and pollution control for galvanization and to provide practical reference for our electroplating centralized industrial park standards.
