The graduation thesis consists of two parts. In the first part described the preparation and its application of the supported heteropolyacids and their salt catalyst. The second part descrided synthesis of a series of derivatives of quinazolinone and oxadiazole.Phosphotungstic acid (HPA) supported on silica gel (M-SiO2) modified with silane coupling agent was prepared. The amount of (HPA) on the modified sillica gel was determined by spectrophotometry. The catalysts were characterized by FT-1R, TG-DSC. The dispersion of HP A on some different modified silica gel and the thermal stability of some supported catalysts were discussed at last. And then HP A/M-SiO2catalyst was applied to the catalytic synthesis of Tributyl Citrate (TBC) for the first time. The influence of catalyst on reaction were investigated, and futher were obtained optimize process conditions:n-(citric acid):n-(butanol)=1:4, the amount of of the catalyst2.5g (loading of43.5%), reaction temperature140℃, reaction time4h, the average yield of92.1%, the catalyst is reused three times, the catalytic effect has not changed greatly. The quatermary ammonium salts and heterpoly acid were used for preparation of the quaternary ammonium salts heteropolyacids (QAH) which was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy characterization. The results of characterization has proved that the Q3PW4O16catalyst also keep the Keggin structure of heteropolyanion. The (QAH) and pure heterpoly acid were used for the catalytic reaction of the H2O2Epoxidation1-octene. The yeild was detected by Gas chromatography. The effect of various catalysts were compared by the yeild of1.2-epoxy-octane. Further optimization reactions are as followed:The amount of Q3PW4O160.35g, reaction time of7h, reaction temperature of70℃; The amount of PQAH0.40g, reaction time of6h, reaction temperature65℃. Quinazolinone and its derivatives have a lot of physiological activities: anti-cancer, anti-HIV, anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory, insecticide, ease muscle tension, lower blood sugar, and so on.1,3,4-oxadiazole compound salsa have anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antibacterial, insecticidal, and regulation of plant growth and these unique biological activity arouse people’s interest. Connecting the two pharmacopphore groups, may enhance its Drug’s efficacy and biological activities. anthranilic acid and benzoyl chloride as the main raw material, synthesized three kinds of new derivatives of quinazolinone and oxadiazole-zole. And their structure are confirmed by1HNMR, MS.
