Because many multi-line cutting machine has its unique way of working and theadvantage of high machining efficiency, machine tool companies to research anddevelopment in recent years. Multi-line cutting machines have a wide range ofapplications in many fields, however, the current because of cutting machine tools useexpensive servo motor to control, for small and medium-sized enterprise cost isenormous and can not be applied widely, it is difficult to meet the needs of the society.In the premise of fully understand the existing multi-line cutting equipment of thistopic. For the machining accuracy is not too high in the process of cutting material, andto improve processing efficiency and little environmental pollution. Proposed use ofdiamond wire saw, all hydraulic control technology designed multi-line cutting machine,using full hydraulic control technology to replace the existing servo motors, reducingthe price of the existing multi-line cutting machine, hope can be used widely in thefield of cutting.First of all, the paper puts forward the design scheme of multi-line hydrauliccutting machine, through theoretical deduction completed parameters about the maincomponents of full hydraulic cutting machine and silking mechanism, and complete thestructural design of main parts and silking institutions. Using Pro/E software established3D model of hydraulic wire-cut machine parts, silking institutions and the wholemachine tool.The Second, based on the theory of finite element analysis, analysis research silkinginstitutions of fully hydraulic multi-line cutting machine tensioning mechanism of staticand dynamic characteristics by ANSYS software,comparing with the theoretical studyand verify the rationality and reliability of the design.Again, design the tension detection device for machine tools and it layout,selection the tension sensor of comply with the design requirements and high sensitivity. For the external circuit design of tension sensor, make its transmission of signal stability,does not produce distortion.Finally, because the machine adopts full hydraulic control technology, the designfor the hydraulic control system of the machine, and various hydraulic components inthe hydraulic system. And of certain mathematical modeling research for tensioningdevice and reel device of the servo control, respectively analyzes the servo control.In this paper, on the original multi-line cutting machine, a certain improvementresearch, completed the design of the hydraulic multi-line cutting machine, hope can forthe development of this kind of machine has opened up a new direction.
