In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to manufacturing industry,and the proposal of Made-in-China 2025 promotes the development of manufacturing.Spinning is the most convenient form of processing for thin-walled rotating parts.Coreless die spinning,which replaces the necessary core die of conventional spinning,is a new type of spinning mode,it does not depend on the shape of core die to process complex busbar flexibly.This paper focuses on a kind of coreless hydraulic spinning machine,designs the structure of the spinning wheel which can realize coreless spinning,and realizes the electro-hydraulic drive and related control research.The main contents of this paper include:(1)By consulting relevant literature,the principle and difference of ordinary spinning and coreless die spinning are clarified.Understand the recent research on common spinning and coreless die spinning,especially the structure of coreless die spinning.At the same time,the control strategy of electro-hydraulic servo proportional system is understood to provide ideas for subsequent design and control.(2)For coreless die spinning,a mechanism of spinning wheel is designed to realize the function.Finite element analysis and optimization of the main stress components,namely the spinning wheel seat,are carried out by using the finite element method.The purpose is to ensure that the strength meet the qualification.At the same time,its lightweight optimization is done.Dynamic modal analysis aims at avoiding resonance in design.(3)After the structural design of the rotating wheel mechanism is completed,the hydraulic system driving its action is designed,and the electro-hydraulic servo proportional control scheme is adopted to control the rotating angle of the whole rotating wheel mechanism.(4)According to the structural characteristics,the control of rotation angle is transformed into the control of displacement of hydraulic cylinder,and the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo proportional system is established,which mainly consists of non-linear differential equation.The non-linear model of the system is built by Simulink,and make sure the system is stable..(5)The relevant control strategy of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional closed-loop position control system is studied,and the response performance of the system is improved by using fuzzy PID and fuzzy PID with adjusting factor.The effect of fuzzy PID with self-tuning factor is the best..(6)The control effect of the designed controller is obtained by using the hydraulic test-bed and the computer acquisition and control system,and the correctness of the relevant conclusions is verified.The designed rotating wheel mechanism can realize the function of coreless die spinning without changing the mass of the spinning wheel seat under deformation.Its frequency is different from that of the hydraulic system,and it will not resonate.The designed controller improves the response of the electro-hydraulic control system and the spinning accuracy.This paper is based on the project of Engineering practice,which not only serves the engineering practice,but also has the corresponding theoretical guidance,and has certain research significance.
