Phthalate acid esters are worldwide pollutants, also typical environmentalhormones. It may affect human on their normal endocrines by breath, skin contact andfood, leading to reproductive, developmental and behavioral disorder. Phthalate acidesters are widely used as plasticizers in the manufacture of plastics, so it’s verynecessary to analyze phthalate acid esters in plastics. But, in the domestic market,there are some weakness in the current management of the plasticizer packagingmaterials. And plastic plasticizer migration phenomenon in the supervision of thescale is not perfect. By comparing the experimental data under the differentexperimental conditions, we can know that the plasticizers content of domestic plasticwrap samples are higher than the imported products under natural conditions. Andwith the condition of microwave heating for3min, the transfer volume ofdi(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate in the same plastic wrap sample is very small. Under theconditions of different temperature (-40℃,40℃and85℃), ozone environment andphotocatalysis, the transfer volume of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate are higher, as the timeincrease.And the experimental data about the plastic container are show that, the transfervolume of dioctyl phthalate is got higher, as the time increase with the samples aresoaked in water. When the samples are soaked in solvent, there is nothing changeabout the transfer volume of DOP.
