The Prepration Of Several Br(?)nsted Acid Ionic Liouids And The Application In Esters Plasticizer

Ionic liquids have recently attracted rising interests studied as solvent and catalysts in organic synthesis.It has been used in many esterification reactions successfully.In consideration of these important significances.The preparation of Br(?)nsted acid ionic liquids and their application for Fisher esterification reaction were studied as follow.1.This paper includes several kinds of Br(?)nsted acid ionic liquids,such as[HNMP]HS04,[HNMM]HS04,[CP]HSO4,[BMIM]HSO4,[HMIM]HSO4 and[TEA-PS]HSO4.They were synthesized and characterized by NMR and IR,in which[HNMP]HSO4 Ionic liquid was firstly reported,easy preparation and low cost,and just one step reaction can be completed,So it is more suitable for industrial production needs.But the other Ionic liquids were used for comparison.2.Based on the work in this thesis,we choose the Ionic liquid[HNMP]HSO4 as the catalyst for the synthesize of Diethyl Maleate(DEM)and Dioctyl Phthalate(DOP)and Diethyl Phthalate(DEP).Then we optimized the best reaction conditions.The results show that the advantages of[HNMP]HSO4 are its high catalytic efficiency,mild reaction conditions,product more pure and separation is more simple.The products were characterized by NMR and IR at last.3.From the route of this esterification reaction process,we can see it very simple and green,and completely accord with a environmental friendly request of country.So Br(?)nsted acidic ionic liquids can be applied in most efficient esterification reactions as green catalysts,It will replace traditional acid catalysts with industrial production potential.
