Sodium-1-naphthalene acetoate is a broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicityplant growth regulator, Which can contribute to cell division and expansion, induce theformation of adventitious roots, regulating plant growth, accelerating its rooting,budding, flowering, regulating its flower and fruit shedding, to form the seedless fruit,and achieve the purpose of promoting the fruit mature earlily and increasing the yield.It can also improve the resistance ability of plants.2-(3’,4’-dichlorophenoxy)triethylamine is a new type of high efficient plantgrowth regulator, Which can regulate plant growth and development excellently. It islow toxic, less pollution, less residue, and fully exert the utilization rate of fertilizer.The application of2-(3’,4’-dichlorophenoxy)triethylamine in crops have a strongerresistance ability.By dropping thionyl chloride in acetic acid to prepare1-chloromethyl naphthalene,changed the original method of ventilating hydrogen chloride.Then1-chloromethyl-naphthalene react with cyanide under the phase transfer catalyst, finally hydrolyze toprepare Sodium-1-naphthalene acetoate,three-step yield reached72.97%3,4-dichlorophenol is synthesized from3,4-dichloroaniline by diazotization,hydrolysis. N,N-Diethylethanolamine react with thionyl chloride to synthesizeβ-chlorotriethylamine hydrochloride Salt. Under a phase transfer catalyst,3,4-dichlorophenol react with β-chlorotriethylamine hydrochloride Salt to synthesize2-(3’,4’-dichlorophenoxy)triethylamine, with a good yield of76.34%. The final products were confirmed by1H-NMR as the target compounds. Throughthe optimization of the two processes, the final product yield and purity aresignificantly improved, and the raw materials used cheap, post-processing simple, lessdemanding on the reaction device, is suitable for industrial production.
