In this study, the toxicities and physiological and bio-chemical effects of4-Chlorophenol (4-CP),2,4-Dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) and2,4,6-Trichlorphenol(2,4,6-TCP) were studied using zebra fish, the findings can provide some support forenvironmental standards and toxicologic study. The results of experiments weresummarized as follows:(1)The acute test results shows that the96-hours half lethal concetraion of4-CP、2,4-DCP、2,4,6-TCP are6.475,4.327,1.132mg/L respectively.There safeconcentration are0.648、0.433、0.113mg/L respectively,the results indicating thethree Chlorophenols are both high toxic substance,the toxicity follows the order of2,4,6-TCP>2,4-DCP>4-CP. Furtherly, the acute toxicity of three chlorophenols tozebrafish and the numbers of chloro derivatives have positive correlation.(2) The7d KBCFof4-CP(2.158mg/L),2,4-DCP(1.442mg/L) and2,4,6-TCP(0.3573mg/L) to zebrafish are33.65±5.29,65.54±10.49and128.05±39.83, bioconcentration factor follows the order of4-chlorophenol<2,4-dichlorophenol<2,4,6-trichlorphenol, the bioconcentration of chlorophenols tozebrafish and the numbers of chloro derivatives have positive correlation.(3)Exposing1d,the SOD activites of zebrafish are significantly changed,theeffects both are induction and the effective goes down and down with theconcentration goes high and high.Exposing7d, the effects of SOD activities are bothinhibition; The POD activities are significantly changed too, effect at1d is inductionand at7d the effect is inhibition; the effects of three chlorophenols to AChE areinduction-inhibition-induction.(4)On the principle of QSAR, collecting and organizing datas of thequantitative relation between substituted benzenes and there48h-LC50and96h-LC50to zebra fish.Calculating molecular descriptors with AM1method for thecharacterization of compounds, and building the modle with multiple linear regression method,then evaluating the modle.To investigate the predictive abilityof the modle,Compare the experimental values of acute toxicity test with the predictedvalues of QSAR model,and the residuals all conform withδ<1and shows that theQSAR models have a good predictive ability.
