Study And Application On Hidden Dangers Checking And Handling Of Productive Process In Colliery Enterprise

Coal is an important energy resource,and the coal industry is one of the pillar industries inour country.However,China’s coal industry safety management level is very low for a longtime.Although in recent years,the management level are also gradually increase,but it still hasmany problems:Hidden danger classification is unclear,vague hierarchical approach,hiddendanger examinating and handing is not completely etc..In order to study the hidden dangers in coal mine enterprise production processmanagement method,this paper use the principle of risk identification for hazardidentification,and combining the hidden dangers information of T coal at the same time,finallyset up the productive process hidden dangers in colliery enterprise risk database. According tothe database,begin to study the hidden dangers governance method.The first step is dividinghidden danger into people’s unsafe behavior and unsafe state. For the people’s unsafebehavior,develop "three violations" behavior checklist for routine checking. for the unsafestate,first of all,combined the hidden dangers classification principle in "Provisionalregulations on the investigation and management of production safety accidents hiddendangers" with the needs of the enterprise,then grade the hidden dangers as serious,generalA,general B and general C. And then based on the current division of T coal organization, thehidden danger checking level will be divided into monthly investigation by coal mineleadership, the ten-day investigation by professional unit, weekly investigation by areacaptain and classes investigation by monitor,then develop the hidden danger checklists.Finally, the author use the information technology to develop the coal mine hidden dangermanagement information system,the entire process of hidden danger investigation andmanagement is transfered to the network and achieve the hidden danger checking infull.Also,the statistical analysis results also provides a basis for future work arrangements.At the same time, although this paper is according to the project for T coal mine,thehidden danger database,hidden danger management plan and the coal mine hidden dangermanagement information system is common in the coal mine industry, the overall train ofthought can be used in other coal mine or non-coal mine.
