The research on the serious accidents in recent years shows that the problem of “unclear and unthinkable” in the field of safety production in China is particularly prominent.In response to such a security situation,the Party Central Committee attached great importance to it and proposed corresponding solutions.A dual prevention mechanism for risk grading management and risk investigation(referred to as: double prevention mechanism)was proposed.The dual prevention mechanism is essential to control the entire process of accident evolution,and cut off the transmission chain from the source(hazard source)to the end(accident).The process is to control risks and manage hidden dangers,and finally realize the safety gate advancement to achieve effective containment safety.The purpose of the accident.China's mining industry is a frequent and prone to accident industry,and the consequences of an accident are extremely serious.Although the safety situation of China's mining industry has improved in recent years,the severe security situation still exists.Taking the non-coal open pit mine as an example,this paper analyzes the creation process of the dual prevention mechanism of non-coal open pit mines in combination with the characteristics of risks and hidden dangers in the non-coal open pit mine safety production,and grasps the principle of double prevention mechanism,thus carrying out the right Research work on the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for coal open pit mines.In this paper,an evaluation model of dual prevention mechanism for non-coal open pit mines based on extenics is established,and the construction of dual prevention mechanism in mines is evaluated.By using the analytic extension model to evaluate the dual prevention mechanism of a non-coal open pit mine,the paper finally got the following conclusions:(1)Through the study of the dual prevention mechanism,the specific details,processes and specific problems involved in the construction process of the non-coal open pit mine during the construction of the dual prevention mechanism are sorted out.(2)Through the research on non-coal open pit mines,a hierarchical analysis-extension model of non-coal open pit mines is constructed.(3)Through the extension evaluation model,the overall construction level of the non-coal mine double prevention mechanism is graded to three.(4)Through the extension evaluation model,the non-coal mine double prevention mechanism is insufficient in the degree of education and training,the information integrity of the safety bulletin board,the improvement of the employee's safety awareness level,and the complete accuracy of the relevant records.It also pointed out the direction for improvement in the construction of the next double prevention mechanism for the mine.Through the research of non-coal open pit mines in this thesis,it is feasible to study the dual prevention mechanism of the analytic extension model in non-coal open pit mines,which can provide a theoretical reference for the research work of the dual prevention mechanism of non-coal open pit mines.
