Recently, the environmental protection problem has reached a critical state. Themonitoring of environmental pollution is very important and significant as the basis ofenvironmental security. And the rapid development of the technology of the Internetof Things makes it feasibility for environmental monitoring. In this paper, weconstruct an intelligent monitoring service system based on water environment. In thispaper, the object-oriented networking technology is utilized for designing industrialnetworking applications and intelligence services. Our system is based on a unifiedinformation service platform and the clouding database about water-saving andenvironmental protection.Firstly, we build a carrier, manageable and controllable general informationservice platform which is based on "ubiquitous network" and "ubiquitous service"technical ideas. We provide the overall design for key technologies from the systemstructure, major function, software and hardware interfaces and so on. It isdemonstrated to be a "depth perception, widely interconnected, highly intelligent"networking system.Secondly, a high-performance, high-capacity, secure cloud data centers isconstructed for the ubiquitous networking services which are required to deal with thestorage and processing problem of the massive multi-dimensional large data. Thispaper describes the design of the cloud data center in terms of system architecture,system functions and key technologies to match the full management of large datasharing, integration of processing and application development needs.Finally, the designed water monitoring service system utilize the integratedinformation service platform and cloud data centers to realize automatic pollutionmonitoring and detecting water environment. The networking technology is appliedfor realizing a system which has the property of sophisticated monitoring andintelligence data analysis. The established water environment motoring system canmonitor the pollution, the quality of surface water, and the treatment processautomatically.
