With the rapid development of our country's steel industry,every steel mills in the new energy management system.Energy management is a set of process monitoring,energy management,energy scheduling is a body corporate level control computer system integration.Energy management in iron and steel industry has a huge scale,complex technology features,this brought challenge to enterprise's manag ement.Enterprises need a set of effective information means to assist them to achieve efficient energy management,energy,scheduling,and other functions.Traditional energy management system(average resource utilization rate is low,lead to enterprise information construction cost is high.The traditional energy management system,mainly information query management,lack of intelligent data analysis.Enterprise decision-making way,often with experience driver level,rather than data driven level,the management of the actual decision aid.Enormous energy assets,distribution of steel factory,type is various,frequently change;Traditional way of energy asset management for artificial records and summary,time-consuming,low efficiency,error rate is high;And physical information and management information system cannot real-time synchronization,unable to real-time tracking the actual state of the location and energy assets;Energy equipment idle loss or repeat the calculation and purchasing,even result in low utilization rate of equipment,increase operating costs.In this article,through the construction of the iron and steel enterprise energy management cloud platform,make full use of cloud computing architecture to provide high-performance computing,mass storage and management efficiency,and effectively solve the heterogeneous distribution of various kinds of real-time monitoring system,computing complex,cumbersome to use,maintenance difficulties,such as the actual problem.Analyze the massive industrial data,using the appropriate model to simulate the energy consumption of steel statistics and analysis,thus the management of energy dispatch a positive impact.To establish a seamless integration of energy management and energy control center system platform,in order to realize the balance of energy optimization and efficient economic adjustment.In this paper,through the introduction of the Internet of things technology in the field of iron and steel industry energy management,automatic tracking in whole life cycle of the assets management.For iron and steel enterprises energy assets to adjust to provide accurate scientific reference basis,increasing investment benefit and improve asset utilization rate,reduce equipment investment,reduce equipment idle.Comprehensive full text of the research content,this paper first expounds on the full text of the research background and significance of topics,on this basis,the comprehensive summary and sums up the iron and steel industry at home and abroad related research and application results of the energy management system,based on the summary and analysis,combining the characteristics of cloud computing technology,the iron and steel industry energy management system for the cloud environment are analyzed.Then the article has carried on the demand analysis,the research and implementation,mainly including the realization of the key technology,finally,the full text made a summary and outlook.
