Antisity fiber is a new type of hydrophilic polyester fiber with polyester as the substratethat researched by Su Zhou Jin Hui New Material Fiber Co.Ltd. The new modified polyesterfiber is used hydrophilic modification and blending modification by group infiltration method,to increase the molecular polarity fiber. At the same time, the fiber for surface treatment,greatly improve the hygroscopic properties of fiber. Its products not only have goodthermal-wet comfort and have better antistatic performance. In addition, through a variety ofmodified treatment and special technology processing, the fiber were loose and soft, gived thefabrics soft handle.As a new kind of modified polyester fiber, development and research of its productsperformances were still at the primary stage. This topic applied the Antisity filament to weftknitting terry, combined with the weft cut pile technology, strengthened development andperformances study of the Antisity fiber plush fabrics, and then got fabrics which had softhandle, good thermal-wet comfort properties and antistatic performance. It not only provideda theoretical basis and guidance for Antisity fiber marketing and the development of weft cutpile functional products, but also provided certain reference for the enterprise to develop newproducts by using Antisity fiber.This subject mainly studied the structure and basic properties of Antisity fiber, applied toproduction of the weft cut pile fabrics, and discussed the Antisity fiber plush fabricsproduction process, physical performances, thermal-wet comfort properties and antistaticperformance. Combing with production practice, the main technology parameters and keytechnology of the Antisity fiber plush fabric were analyzed, the encountered problems andsolutions in the development process were discussed. Based on the weaving process ofpolyester cut pile fabric, combined with the characteristics of Antisity fiber, the process ofweaving, dyeing and finishing were improved to meet the requirements of Antisity fiberproducts. And then through experimental methods, its physical performance; thermal-wetcomfort properties and antistatic property were studied.Finally,using the fuzzy mathematics to analysis and evaluate the antistatic weft knittingterry cutting products. According to the evaluation results, the actual production can choosethe development of antistatic weft knitting terry cutting products were blended Antisity fiberas the veil which based on the economic cost and antistatic property, at the same time,considering the fabric performance.
