With the improvement of living standards, more and more large domestic manned amusement machines are invested. The safety of manned amusement machines directly affect the personal safety of users, so it is significant to carry out simulation analysis. Through the study of the amusement machine performance at the design stage, it helps understand whether parameters conform to requirements, improves product safety, which is to ensure the personal safety of users.We quickly modify unreasonable scheme, according to the calculation results.With a large manned machine as the research object, PRO/E software is first used to establish a three-dimensional model of machines; ADAMS software is used for kinematics and dynamics analysis; Then,the three dimensional model is imported into HyperMesh software to establish the finite element model.Finally,by using ANSYS software to analyze the amusement machine static strength.The main contents include:Firstly, Pro/E software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the main components of amusement. For the ease of kinematic and dynamic analysis, models are simplified properly then simplified models are made to assemble.Secondly, Amusement machine model is imported into the ADAMS software. To add material properties to the model. According to the requirements of different working conditions, add constraints between constraints, kinematic pair, friction, friction, etc, and then add the drive function and solve. Set the four points on the amusement machine, Calculate displacement and acceleration time domain values of four points in three directions, and determine the amusement machine runtime can cause harm to human body based on the acceleration calculated results;calculated by measuring the time domain numerical four-point displacement and acceleration in three directions, and based on the results to determine the acceleration amusement runtime that can cause harm to humans.Thirdly, Analysis the static strength in the five conditions of amusement; and check the results of stress and displacement.To verify whether the structure design of amusement machine meet the design requirements.
