Swing-type plate shear is the sheet cutting equipment of continuous casting and rollingproduction line.The production process of continuous casting and rolling production line iscomplex, and most enterprises use more precise production process in CSP production line,rocking shear to study in this paper is the introduction of CSP thin slab continuous casting androlling production line in Germany. The maintenance personnel detect the chute plate wearphenomenon,which reduce the cutting accuracy and quality of thin plate, when the swing-typeplate shear in accordance with the provisions of the positive rotation (viewed from the sideframe) after operation for a period of time,while the study is based on this background ofswing-type plate shear.According to the swing-type plate shear physical mechanical and assembly drawings andpart drawings to clarify the overall composition firstly,then extrac the main components for theshear movement. Analysising the the working principle and operation mode of swing-typeplate shear rationaly, and understanding some of the important parameters of the swing-typeplate shear, grasping the similarities and differences between it and the other shearing machineat the same time.Second,it need to build and assemble component model in Solidworks software as thecomponent structure of swing-type plate shear are more complex, and is saved as Parasolidformat to import into ADAMS software for simulation analysis.ADAMS software is the studyof kinematics, dynamics and statics analysis software.ADAMS software is based onmulti-body system dynamics, then build the mechanical system and solve the modeling.Thethin plate shearing quality and shear effect react the swing-type plate properties directly, inorder to solve the problem that the serious wear and tear of the unilateral plate which lead tounmormal shear after operation to a certain stage, the scheme that adjusting the eccentriccrankshaft to clockwise inversion was put forward,then compare the kinematic and dynamiccharacteristics of movement in positive and reverse rotation for swing-type plate shear. Third,to set the various parameters and the constraint of vice in ADAMS above all.Setting the simulation component of driving accord to the production practice of the driver, theswing-type plate shear has two power, and need providing with a driving for the eccentriccrankshaft and cylinder,to obtain the state of motion and shear properties of eachcomponent.To change the eccentric crankshaft turning clockwise reversal, and comparative thestate and shear properties of movement of each member for positive and reverse drive.Do theanalysis from the kinematic direction, modifiy the constraint vice of simulation model, to meetthe conditions on the kinetics. Analysising shear force of shear machine by theoretical, thenapplied in shear blade during motion process.And applied contact force on the crankshaft andswing frame contact position, dynamics analysis of each component of the force, energychange, in addition to study the contact force effection of different gap for positive and reverserotation,then comparative the different between them, thus obtains the effect of adjustingeccentric crankshaft on properties of swing-type plate shear.This paper discusses the swing-type plate shear machine and analysis and comparitivethe effects of positive and reverse inversion of all aspects of kinematics and dynamics do onthe swing-type plate shear,learn to change the eccentric crankshaft steering will not reduce thequality of shear swing-type plate shear, and have small effection on each member’s force andcontact force of the eccentric and pendulum,thus the steering adjustment can play a role inimproving the copper side wear.
