In recent years, cotton stalk resources have been seriously valued and relevantscientific research has gradually unfolded, but most studies confined cotton stalk bastwhile ignoring the cotton stalk core with much weight. In this paper, for the purpose ofcomprehensive use of cotton stalks, the skin and core were separated from the cottonstalks, then the preparation of cotton stalk bast fibers and cotton core cellulose processeswere studied with a view to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent experimentsand for the future mass production process. In the cotton stalk bast and core separation experiments,30℃ecological activitywater as the role of the media, feed water ratio of1:3, put the cotton stalks into a closedreactor for4days could achieve good skin, core separation. The preparation of bast fibersfollow the degumming process: bast readyâ†'40℃ecological active water treatment oneweekâ†'scraping greenâ†'water washingâ†'hitâ†'cotton stalk bast crude fiberâ†'ultrasonic wave+base oxygen bath (adding NaOH a certain time and then adding H2O2)â†'wash with warm waterâ†'beatingâ†'water washingâ†'fiber drying. Get the optimalparameters by orthogonal experimental design: NaOH concentration1.0mol/L, H2O2concentration of30ml/L, temperature70℃and reaction time2+2.5h, underthisconditions the cotton stalk bast fibers remain gum5.5%, the residual lignin rate of8.2%.Through the process of cotton stalk bast fibers of basic performance tests, found that thelength of14cm, fineness2.9Tex, strength3.3CN/dTex, and closed with hemp and jute, can basically meet the requirements of coarse yarn spinning. Process for cotton stalk bastfibers Infrared Spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis and testing, confirmed its properties with plant fibers and good thermal stability. The Separated core for the preparation of cellulose fibers use organic solventmethod, which uses a mixed solution of acetic acid, nitric acid and water in degradationpith hemicellulose and lignin and other impurities, the following conclusions are obtainedby experiment: at atmospheric pressure with80/10/10/acetate/nitric acid/water mixedsolution system and ratio of1:15and a temperature of115℃act in cotton stalk core30min to get up to purity cellulose samples93.97%, the residual lignin content of only1.8%, cellulose and lignin reach the optimum degree of separation. The resultingcellulose sample SEM found that molecules into granules and lignin and other impuritiesget more thorough removal; infrared spectroscopy showed a higher cellulose purity of thesample; thermal gravimetric analysis indicates that the thermal stability of cellulosesamples pulp is reduced, the occurrence of cracking in the temperature range243℃~332℃.The thesis indicates that the cotton stalks is of high value. If the cotton stalk corepulping process was put into practice and production, huge economic and social benefitswould be obtained; the cotton stalk bast fibers preparation process processed only after aprocess, a higher residual lignin rate, if it continues for finishing, or will be used forhigh-count yarn spinning.
