With the growing popularity of electronic products, the electromagnetic radiationaround our living environment is becoming increasingly serious, and harm to people’shealth seriously, the research and development of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabrichas been paid more and more attention. Blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric iswidely used because of excellent shielding performance, wearability and price advantage.In this paper, stainless steel fiber blended fabrics as the research object, combined withmicro and macro structure of the yarn and fabric, electromagnetic shielding factors ofElectromagnetic shielding are studied.Firstly, the Electromagnetic shielding model of blended type electromagneticshielding fabric is given based on the electromagnetic shielding model of ideal typeelectromagnetic shielding fabric.According to the theoretical analysis found that theaffecting factors of blended fabric are the frequency of electromagnetic wave,yarn andfabric structure characteristics based on this model.Secondly, this topic designed and woven fabric a lot use of different content ofstainless steel fiber blended yarn.fabric parameters were determined, the macro andmicro structural characteristics of blended yarn and stainless steel fiber is observed, andthe characteristics of blended yarn of stainless steel structure on the shielding effects andmechanism is analyzed.The results indicate that yarn coefficient of diameter,structurecharacteristics of steel fiber and stainless steel fiber content have a certain influence tothe effect of shielding fabric.Furthermore, this topic designed and woven fabric a lot based on compactness andwarp and weft density, stainless steel yarn distribution, fabric type.the fabric parametersare determined, the micro and macro structure characteristic of the fabric are observed, and the effect of three factors on the fabric shielding effectiveness and the mechanism areinvestigate. At the same time,electromagnetic wave frequency of shielding effect offabric is conducted too.The results showed that four factors have a certain impact on theshielding effectiveness of the fabric.Finally, by using the orthogonal design method,analyzed the type of organization ofsequence and significance the of influence such as the frequency of electromagneticwave, fabric tightness, stainless steel fiber content and so on. At last,puts forward thedesign scheme of blended type electromagnetic shielding reasonable fabric.The research result of this dissertation has a certain theoretical value forelectromagnetic shielding mechanism of blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric.At the same time, the research result has certain actual application value for improvingthe design of blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric.
