Cooling technology in current aviation and electronics industry is of great significance. The thermal efficiency of heat pipe and cooling holes with small aperture wall surface shaped structure is much more upgrade. Cooling technology is an important direction of development.Electrochemical machining (ECM) is considered to be an effective processing method of shaped wall surface in small aperture. For the research in micro-spiral structure by electrochemical micro-machining, high-frequency-pulsed power supply is produced firstly. According to the theory of electrochemical machining, the research of processing mechanism of pulsed power supply and the material forming law under different power parameters was done. Based on previous studies, the pulsed power supply was used to screw hole processing, and the factors affecting precision was analyzed. In this paper, the work and achievements are as follows."1. Described the status home and abroad of pulse power production, and by the comparison of production programs, choose the right one. Through circuit debugging and analysis of power supply, design flaw has been avoided.2. The research of tool electrode fabrication methods has been done through the guide of theoretical formula. And It has been proved by experiments. A cylindrical electrode has been produced.3. Based on the analysis of theoretical to electrochemical machining, the processing speed trends of workpiece surface over processing gap has been achieved. Through the changing of power parameters, including voltage, pulse frequency and duty cycle, a series of comparative experiments has been done to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.4. A series of spiral hole machining experiments according to the nature of power, pulse frequency, duty cycle and peak voltage were done and relevant conclusions were achieved.
