Bent hole processing technology is one of the most cutting-edge processing technologies in the field of special processing in machinery manufacturing.At present,bending hole processing technology has been widely used in aviation,aerospace,automobile,mold and other extremely important special processing and manufacturing industries.Compared with the processing of deep straight holes and large-diameter curved holes,the research on small-diameter curved holes is still in its infancy.With the gradual development of curved hole processing technology towards small holes with large depth-to-diameter ratio,it is of great research value to explore the self-guided EDM technology of curved hole tube electrode.The self-guided EDM of the curved hole tube electrode is based on the basic principle of EDM,and the side wall hole tube electrode is used as the tool electrode to perform EDM on the workpiece material to be processed.The main tasks completed in this paper are as follows:(1)A self-guided electric discharge machining method for curved hole tube electrodes using sidewall hole tube electrodes is proposed,and the technical problems encountered in the process of using this method to process curved holes are analyzed in detail.The system introduces the test equipment used in the self-guided machining test of the curved hole tube electrode and its scope of use,processing parameters,operation steps,etc.(2)Use ANSYS finite element simulation analysis software to establish the solid field model of the electrode solid field model and the working fluid gap flow field model of the side wall perforated tube,respectively,to simulate the gap flow field and the working fluid flow field in the hole and the end side wall perforated tube.The fluid-solid coupling simulation test between the solid field of the electrode,analyze the change of the flow field during the processing,the electrode punching pressure,the initial depth,the electrode suspension length,the diameter of the side wall opening,and the number of side wall openings The influence law of key factors such as tube electrode bending deformation.(3)In order to verify the correctness and rationality of the results of the numerical simulation simulation test,the self-guided electric discharge machining test of the curved hole tube electrode with different parameters was carried out on the 45#steel material with the side wall hole tube electrode.The three-dimensional profiler was used to detect the experimental results,and the influence of each parameter on the bending deformation of the tool electrode under the single-factor test was obtained,and the trend verified the correctness and rationality of the numerical simulation test results.According to the conclusions drawn from the simulation test and the machining test,reasonable machining parameters are selected,and the bending hole tube electrode self-guided electric discharge machining process test is carried out,and the bent hole with better appearance is processed.
